Zhang Kan, male, native of Wuhu, Anhui, graduated from the Medical Department of Anhui Wannan Medical College in 1976 and is a psychologist. He is currently the director of the International Cooperation Bureau of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the chairman of the Chinese Ergonomics Society, the executive director of the Chinese Psychological Association, the secretary general, a member of the UNESCO Chinese Committee, a member of the Chinese Committee of the International Federation of Science and Technology, and an executive committee member of the International Psychology Association.
