- First-time registered architect qualification exam applicants must meet the following conditions:
- Educational and service requirements:
- The graduates of the degree or education listed in the annex to this article shall be implemented in accordance with the requirements of this form;
- Those who do not possess the academic qualifications specified in the appendix to this document shall have engaged in engineering design for at least 15 years and shall have one of the following requirements:
- a. As the project leader or professional leader, complete four full-process designs for civil architecture design level three and above projects, of which no less than one level two projects.
- b. As the project leader or professional leader, complete the four full-process design of other types of architectural design medium and above projects, including no less than one large-scale project or special construction project.
- Note: For the classification of "civilian building design" and "other types of building design", please refer to the "Notice on Issuing Engineering Survey and Engineering Design Charges" ([1992] 375) by the State Price Bureau and the Ministry of Construction, and "Engineering Engineering grade division in Design Charge Standards (Revised 1992).
- Professional practice requirements:
- According to the professional practice standards of a registered architect, applicants should complete at least 700 units of professional practice training. Candidates should provide their own "Primary Registered Architects Professional Practice Registration Manual" to the examination qualification examination department for examination. The application requirements are:
