- This book is dedicated to the trainer who has the characteristics of the hawkblade, because of a trainer s systematic training plan that I was fortunate to join 10 years ago-the hawkblade plan;
The compilation of this book is due to my original dream: to introduce this plan into China, take root, and train more outstanding trainers;
The compilation of this book is also due to the increasingly fierce market environment, and competition is forcing growth.
Various masters, big names, first-persons, and founders continue to emerge in the market. Various concepts, activities, and events emerge endlessly. Various academics, combat schools, returnees, and even many "big names" in the entertainment industry have entered the training industry. Facing this moment, what are the future trends for trainers in this wave? How to smell the hope in the haze? How to get a place in the fierce competition? How to smile in the cruel reality?
This requires the characteristics of a hawk!
The eagle is the king of birds. The hawk is the king of kings.
If you take a closer look, you will find that the trainers and eagles who are the same as "flying men" are quite similar: far-sighted, independent warfare, clear-sighted, fast-moving. As early as the 1960s, North America had a system training trainer planthe Eagle Plan, which first proposed the concept of a training system and designed a complete training system to develop a standardized system for the entire training industry, including The theoretical system, operating procedures, implementation methods and tools have trained a large number of outstanding trainers. Various training genres currently active around the world can more or less see the shadow of this system in them. The language in the training industry must be called "system", and the system must be called "eagle hawk."
This training program entered China in the 1990s and trained the first trainers. Many trainers are still active in the industry.
However, at that time, the system was well-organized and the threshold was high. It was difficult for outsiders to penetrate deeply. It was quite mysterious, and there were some controversies and misunderstandings, so that it finally withdrew from China.
In view of this, when we introduced this system, we made some adjustments and improvements in accordance with the specific characteristics of the domestic industry in order to better suit China's national conditions.
The Eagle Plan is not a simple training program, and it is also different from other types of trainer training courses. This is a complete training plan:
From a horizontal perspective, according to different occupational positioning, it is divided into three types-the growth plan of internal trainers, the growth plan of vocational trainers, and the growth plan of training (mentor) managers.
From a vertical perspective, according to training skills and training models, nine stages of content are designed for three sessions of teaching, one training, and one coach. Each stage has three sections, referred to as "three steps and nine sections." Including: the first stage of "Hatchlings coming out of the nest", consolidating the foundation, mastering the most basic course development and teaching skills; the second stage of "Eagle Spreading Wings," developing competitive expertise courses and training models, and designing growth paths; The third stage "Golden Eagle Soars", develops copyright courses with intellectual property rights, truly possesses core competitiveness, and achieves sustainable development.
From an organizational point of view, according to the core role of the organization, the entire plan is divided into three layers: the outer layer is called the "Eagle Brigade", which includes various alliance organizations including R & D institutions, training institutions, college experts, professional websites, and trainers across the country. (Clubs, sorority clubs, salons), publishing organizations, professional magazines, TV programs, lecturer brokers and other related organizations in the training industry; the middle tier is called the "Eagle Tribe", which has selected research and development training institutions for research and development technologies, It consists of training experts, promising trainers, and senior lecturer brokers; the core is called "tribal elders". , Which is the management center of the Eagle Eagle Plan, is composed of core members of the Eagle Eagle Tribe, responsible for the overall design, management and planning of the Eagle Eagle plan.
This book is an important part of the Eagle Eagle Plan, and it is the basic teaching material of Eagle Eagle Plan.
"Professional-oriented, technology first, content is king", if the trainer wants continuous development, he must master the most basic training technology, including two aspects-curriculum development and classroom presentation. Especially at this stage of teaching, these two contents must be mastered by trainers, and also lacked by many trainers at present. In addition, the second stage of the Eagle Plan, the core skills development of trainers, is also based on curriculum development and on-site training.
"Trainer's 21 Skills" is a relatively comprehensive reference book, which is described from the perspective of modules; the upgraded version is explained in accordance with the internationally used ADDIE curriculum design and development model, and is divided into two volumes. This is more systematic and coherent, and the operability is also stronger.
The Trainer's Differentiation Strategy, published at the same time as the upgraded version, is a design strategy for trainers. It is a book used in the second stage. The two stages of the book are combined together, training techniques and development strategies to provide comprehensive support for the development of trainers. On this basis, the next step is to publish a monograph on the core competencies of trainers, the main content of which is to develop copyright courses with intellectual property rights to serve the third stage of the Eagle Plan.
The Eagle Eagle Plan is an open, long-term, sustainable development system solution. Although it has a mature model abroad, it needs to be updated and improved in accordance with specific situations at home. We look forward to joining partners with Eagle Eagle qualities to jointly contribute to China's Work hard on training!

- The reason I met Teacher Duan Jun was a book he wrote-"21 Skills for Trainers". At that time, I just did a related training project for a company, and the client hoped to recommend a reference book that would help the internal lecturers of the company improve their professional level. The quick search information in my mind is this book, because I have studied and read it before. The first impression of this book is that it has a clear structure and a professional system. It is an easy-to-understand and very beneficial Reference book. With an understanding of the work, naturally the author became interested. It turned out that Mr. Duan has been engaged in training for more than ten years, and the training of corporate lecturers' teaching skills is one of his key research topics. Over the years, he has trained internal lecturers and vocational trainers for many corporate trainings. In addition, Mr. Duan came from a science class graduated from the Chinese Department, and then studied business administration systematically. It is natural to be able to sort out and create such works. Even so, to be able to compile professional reference books with well-structured, clear, and focused points, a deep professional standard and skills are still needed.
In 2013, under the command of Mr. Duan, his Genove company, in conjunction with other related institutions across the country, organized the "First Western Talent Training and Development Summit" in Chongqing and achieved complete success. It is said that this forum is held every year and will become a regular event for talent training and development, providing a good platform for learning and growth for managers, including trainers. As the organizer of this conference spanning multiple regions, the leadership of Teacher Duan was fully demonstrated. As one of the guests, I was invited to this conference and gave a keynote speech. Through many meetings and exchanges with Mr. Duan, I have learned more about him. When it comes to training and our views on the training industry, many of us agree.
Once, Mr. Duan told me that "Trainers' 21 Skills Training" should be upgraded in order to provide better support for the Eagle Plan that they are fully implementing. After revision and improvement, the original book is divided into two volumes, the first volume is "Course Development", the second volume is "Wonderful Classroom Presentation". I admire Mr. Duan's spirit of continuous research. We often have a lot of ideas in our minds, but how many people can really persist and put them into practice? A few years ago, I also published a book called "Decrypting Samsung Training", which was recognized and praised by readers and friends. Later, I also thought about re-publishing after revision, but I often find excuses to evade it. I was ashamed of not being able to do it late.
I have worked with Genover for many years, and every cooperation has been very enjoyable. Genover's entire training management is very professional, providing a good auxiliary work for my teaching, allowing me to focus on teaching. This is also due to the training techniques they focus on.
As companies attach great importance to employee training, many companies have adopted a combination of internal and external approaches to train their teachers. They have shifted from hiring external lecturers in the past to cultivating internal lecturers. Establishing and cultivating their own lecturer team is a greater demand of many enterprises.
For lecturers, professional presentation skills and the ability to develop courses on their own are undoubtedly required skills. On the one hand, the instructor must master the methods and essentials when developing the course, design and develop a course that meets the needs of enterprises and employees to achieve the established curriculum goals; In order to present to the trainees, these two abilities are the wings of a trainer and both are indispensable.
After the "21 Skills Training for Trainers" was revised, the first volume introduced the process, steps and methods of curriculum development in a detailed and clear way, and the second volume specifically told readers how to better show their professional style in front of students. Among them, the presentation skills of the latter must be cultivated in addition to the lecturer. For the employees in the workplace, they also need to learn and master the subject. Because in our daily work, we have many opportunities to show ourselves to the public, such as meetings, competitions, job descriptions, product introductions, suggestions, reports, etc., all of which require speech and presentation skills. From this perspective, "Presentation Techniques" also provides a good reference for readers other than lecturers. This book is a very useful learning tool for beginners and lecturers who have experience in teaching, whether part-time or full-time.
Compared with the first edition of "Trainers' 21 Skills", the overall content of the upgraded version has changed greatly. The new book is based on the ADDIE model. ADDIE is an internationally-used curriculum development and design model, and a model that many trainers are adopting. The new book differs from the original ADDIE model in many places, with many innovations and developments. No science or technology is stagnant and closed. It is constantly updated and developed. I hope this newly explained ADDIE can bring more inspiration to trainers.
It is understood that this book will become the basic textbook of the Eagle Eagle Plan, and it is an important part of the Eagle Eagle Plan. I hope that it can help more trainers. I was also invited to join the Eagle Falcon program and became one of the mentors of the mentor group. I hope more trainers will join this program and grow with the training career.
Finally, I thank Teacher Duan for his trust and sharing, which made me a sneak peek and benefit from it. I believe this book can bring inspiration and help to more readers!
