Application conditions
(1) Anyone who complies with national laws and regulations and meets one of the following conditions can apply to take the qualification examination for a first-class construction division:
1. Acquired a college degree in engineering or engineering economics and has worked for 6 years, including 4 years in construction management of construction projects.
2. Obtained a bachelor degree in engineering or engineering economics, working for 4 years, including 3 years in construction management of construction projects.
3. Graduated with a double bachelor degree or graduate degree in engineering or engineering economics and has worked for 3 years, including 2 years in construction management of construction projects.
4. Obtain a master's degree in engineering or engineering economics and work for two years, including one year in construction management of construction projects.
5. Obtain a doctorate degree in engineering or engineering economics and have been engaged in construction management of construction projects for at least one year.

(4) The requirements for academic qualifications or degrees in the above application conditions refer to formal academic qualifications or degrees recognized by the State Education Administrative Department, and the number of years of work in construction management of construction projects refers to the time before or after obtaining the required academic qualifications. Construction Project Manager Level 2

The second-level construction division is a professional qualification in the construction category and a prerequisite for serving as a project manager. Those who pass the second-level construction division qualification examination shall be issued the "People's Republic of China Second-level Construction Division Practice Qualification Certificate" by the personnel departments of provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
