I. All regions and departments shall issue certificates in strict accordance with regulations when conducting training and assessment. When implementing vocational skills appraisal in various regions and departments, it is necessary to strictly review the qualifications of candidates, conscientiously implement national vocational standards, strengthen examination management and ensure appraisal quality.
