Article 3 The professional and technical qualifications for clinical medicine include primary qualifications (medicine, physician), intermediate qualifications (attending physician), and senior qualifications (deputy chief physician, chief physician).
Article 4 The unified national examination system shall be adopted for the qualifications of primary and intermediate levels of clinical medicine. Article 8 The intermediate qualification examination for clinical medicine majors shall be jointly responsible by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Personnel.
The Ministry of Health is responsible for formulating examination outlines and propositions, setting up a national-level question bank, organizing the implementation of examination work, managing examination books, planning pre-exam training, studying examination methods, and formulating qualification standards.
The Ministry of Personnel is responsible for reviewing the examination outline and test questions, together with the Ministry of Health, to inspect and supervise the examination work and guide the determination of the eligibility criteria.
The Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Personnel have established an expert committee for clinical medical professional and technical qualification examinations, which has an office under the personnel department of the Ministry of Health and is responsible for the daily management of the qualification examinations.
Article 9 Those who pass the intermediate qualification examination for clinical medicine majors shall be issued by the personnel (vocational reform) departments of the provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Ministry of Personnel and printed by the Ministry of Personnel. Article 10 Persons participating in the intermediate qualification examination for clinical medicine majors shall meet the following basic requirements:

Article 12: Under any of the following circumstances, no application can be made for the examination for clinical medical professional qualifications:

Article 5 The majors of preventive medicine, pharmacy, nursing, and technology are divided into primary qualifications, intermediate qualifications, and advanced qualifications. The specialty of general medicine is divided into intermediate qualifications and advanced qualifications.
(1) Obtaining junior qualifications, hiring corresponding professional and technical positions in accordance with relevant regulations and in accordance with the following conditions:
1. Article 6 In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Practising Physicians, participating in the National Physician Qualification Examination, obtaining the qualification of a practicing assistant physician, may be employed as a medical practitioner; and obtaining the qualification of a practicing physician, may be employed as a physician.
Article 7 The Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health are jointly responsible for the policy formulation, organization and coordination of national preventive medicine, general medicine, pharmacy, nursing, and technical professional and technical qualification examinations.
The Ministry of Health is responsible for formulating examination outlines and propositions, setting up a national-level question bank, organizing the implementation of examination work, managing examination books, planning pre-exam training, studying examination methods, and formulating qualification standards.
The Ministry of Personnel is responsible for reviewing the examination outline and test questions, and in conjunction with the Ministry of Health, guides, supervises, checks and determines the eligibility criteria for the examination.

Article 10 Personnel participating in the junior qualification examination of pharmacy, nursing, and technology majors must have the technical secondary school education or above in the corresponding majors in addition to the basic conditions stipulated in Article 9.
Article 11 In addition to the conditions prescribed in Article 9, personnel participating in the intermediate qualification examinations for preventive medicine, general medicine, pharmacy, nursing, and technology must also meet one of the following conditions:

Article 16 The organization and implementation of the military system health series of preliminary and intermediate professional and technical qualification examinations are the responsibility of the General Political Department.

Article 2. Article 4 The intermediate qualifications for clinical medicine, preventive medicine, and general medicine, and the junior and intermediate qualifications for pharmacy, nursing, and technology majors are divided into four and a half days. 2009 Nursing (Junior) Professional and Technical Qualification Examination
