Is Grad School Worth It?

The Ministry of Education stipulates that if candidates meet the re-examination conditions and cannot participate in the re-examination at the first voluntary college, the candidate's file should be sent to the second voluntary college or transferred within the province, autonomous region, or municipality. In the graduate admissions work, due to the restrictions of the admissions plan, some candidates, although they have reached the score line, cannot be scheduled for re-examination or cannot be admitted after the re-examination. For these candidates, the admissions unit will be responsible for transferring all its materials to the second volunteer in time Unit, this process is called the postgraduate transfer.

Postgraduate transfer

Must meet
(1) Candidates should pay attention to which units in the country they are enrolling in for the major they are applying for, and which units are in the country for admission subjects in order to adjust their admissions.
(2) After knowing that your score has reached the score line, you should always contact the Admissions Office of the admissions unit you are applying for, and know as soon as possible whether you can be accepted. If you cannot be accepted, please contact the research and recruitment office of the above unit as soon as possible to see which unit can accept you. If you have a preferred receiving unit, you should promptly indicate the intention of the transfer to the unit. The enrollment unit where the materials are located (usually the first voluntary research and admissions office that you apply for) get in touch with you to obtain your application materials. During the material forwarding period, candidates should contact the two admissions units frequently to understand the sending and receiving of materials.

[2] Candidates participating in the transfer can each submit two parallel transfer volunteers online. The submitted transfer volunteers are not allowed to be modified within 48 hours (the two volunteers are timed separately) for the admissions unit to download the volunteer information and decide whether to notify Candidates take the retest. After 48 hours, candidates can modify their transfer wishes;
[3] When candidates submit online transfer wishes, the enrollment unit, specialty category and their test scores that choose to transfer must meet the national transfer policy;
[4] Candidates who are set as candidates for admission by an admissions unit must log in to the dispensing system within the unit's prescribed time to confirm, otherwise the admissions unit may cancel the state of admission;
[5] Candidates who have been set up for admission by a certain admissions unit and the candidates confirm their acceptance will not be able to accept other voluntary admissions notices. Candidates who want to cancel the confirmed admissions notice must obtain permission from the admissions unit. The admissions unit cancels the pending admission notice and the candidate logs in to the dispensing system for confirmation before accepting the pending admission notice from other units;
[6] Candidates who have not confirmed online to accept the re-examination notice cannot be set by the admissions unit for admission (except for volunteer candidates);
[7] Only online candidates can inquire about the gap information set by the admissions unit. Filling in voluntary transfers must be a major set by the admissions unit;
[8] Regarding transfer candidates, please pay attention to the transfer methods and re-examination notices announced by each admissions unit;
[9] Candidates are requested to keep close contact with the admissions unit and complete online confirmation in time.
The transfer of entry into and exit from education, history, medicine, and agronomy (limited to candidates taking the unified or joint exams) can be appropriately relaxed in terms of examination subject requirements.
First of all, after knowing that your grades are up to date, you should always contact the research and admissions office of the admissions unit you are applying for, and know as soon as possible whether you can be accepted; if you cannot be admitted, you should contact the college that opened a similar specialty as soon as possible, and see which unit can Accept you; if there is a receiving unit that you like, you should promptly indicate to the unit that you are willing to transfer, and ask the research and recruitment office to send a letter in time to contact the unit where your application materials are located to request your application materials. During the material forwarding period, candidates should always contact the two admissions units to understand the sending and receiving of materials.
In addition, the re-examination score line determined by the Ministry of Education has lowered the requirements for candidates from eight remote provinces, districts, and some special disciplines. If the retest scores in the eight remote provinces and districts are reached, candidates can contact the local admissions unit of the professional enrollment in a timely manner by phone or postal mail to see if they accept. If they agree to accept, then immediately contact the original applicants, as required. The procedure will transfer the application materials to the research and admissions office of your admissions unit, and then take the re-examination as required by the receiving unit's research and admissions office.
Candidates who have passed the initial test score line set by the state, have qualifications for retesting, and do not have the opportunity to retest at the first voluntary school, can convey their relevant materials and situation profiles to institutions with insufficient sources of relevant majors. After the assessment, the school will issue a notice of interview for eligible candidates, and issue a shift notification of the test file to the candidate s first voluntary school, and the candidate will enter the school after passing the retest.
