- Internship Content
- (1) Metalworking practice
- Learn the basic operations of the fitter and understand the basics of metalworking; by making small workpieces, learn to use the common tools and measuring tools of the fitter, and make students understand the methods and processes of machining.
- (2) Internal and external line electrician practice
- Learn about the selection of commonly used lamps, the installation and maintenance of lighting circuits, and the correct use of electrical instruments and meters. And design, install and debug the multimeter. To enable students to master electrician safety technology, electric shock first aid knowledge, and master the use of common electrician tools and electrician testing instruments.
- Learn the process of installation and maintenance of internal and external line engineering, wiring and debugging of electrical equipment. To enable students to master basic operating skills. Learn about the installation of lamps, the installation and wiring of single-phase watt-hour meters and three-phase watt-hour meters.
- (3) Electronic practice
- Learn about the testing and selection of electronic components and training in (tin) soldering technology. Design and manufacture of electronic circuits for small electronic devices. It is required to draw circuit schematic diagrams, construction drawings, compile component and material tables, and write design specifications so that students can master the design steps and methods. At the same time, students are required to assemble and debug electronic circuits designed by themselves, so that students are familiar with the use of common electronic equipment and maintenance common sense.
- (4) Motor maintenance practice
- Make students familiar with common tools and materials for motor repair, and be able to use and select them correctly; preliminary grasp the disassembly, rewinding process and quality inspection of small squirrel cage asynchronous motors and small transformers
- (5) Electronic automation design practice
- To familiarize students with the use of the commands and tools of computer-aided circuit design software PROTELD. Can use computer to draw circuit diagram and design corresponding printed circuit board.
- (6) Understanding the internship
- Through this internship, students should understand the production process of chemical products and the characteristics of chemical production, and gain a preliminary understanding of the chemical plant's substation and power distribution system and power drag.
- (7) MCU practice
- Through practice, students are allowed to design a small microcontroller system by themselves. In order to understand the application method of single-chip microcomputer technology in electronic equipment.
- (8) PLC practice
- Learn the use of PLC and programmer, draw ladder diagrams according to process requirements, write a complete program and debug the program.
- (9) Strengthened training and verification of electrician skills
- Carry out technical operation skills training required by intermediate electricians, so that students can fully grasp the skills, techniques and know-how of maintenance electricians at intermediate technical levels. Have a safe use of electricity and master electric shock first aid methods. Pass the appraisal of the post operation approved by the professional department and issue the electrician post operation certificate.
- (10) Graduation
- The purpose of the graduation session is to enable students to analyze and solve practical engineering problems by comprehensively using the basic theories and professional knowledge they have learned, and to improve their independent work ability. Under the premise of guaranteeing the mathematical requirements, as far as possible in combination with actual production topics, students should be required to complete design tasks independently.
- Graduation internship enables students to understand the process of factory power supply and distribution, production organization and management, electrical control equipment installation, commissioning and maintenance. It can also enable students to directly participate in the production and scientific research activities of companies such as radio factories and research institutes, so that students can understand the installation, commissioning, development, and research and development of electronic devices. In the practice, pay attention to the use of what you have learned to observe and analyze related engineering problems.
- Graduation design content can choose the electrical system design of the workshop or small factory substation, or the design of thyristor DC speed regulation system of medium complexity, or the control circuit design of production machinery and electrical equipment. It is required to draw a schematic diagram (system diagram), a layout diagram, compile a design material table, and compile a design specification. It is also possible to exercise students' ability to apply electronic technology through a comprehensive electronic device design process.
