- 1. Before driving, you must check whether the knife holder, blade row and the bed will collide, and tighten the bull's head positioning screw to prevent the guide slide from colliding.
- 2. The lifting and lowering of the worktable must loosen the bracket fixing screws, tighten it when working, and the movement length of the bull's head must not exceed the specified range, so as not to damage the rocker arm,
- 1Before working, you must wear work clothes, tie up your cuffs, do not allow a scarf, and do not wear gloves. Female students should braid their hair in their hats.
- 2 Check the protection, insurance and signaling devices on the equipment. The mechanical transmission and electrical parts must have reliable protective devices. Whether the tools and fixtures are intact, otherwise it is not allowed to start.
- 3The platform of the drilling machine must be tight, and the workpiece must be clamped. When drilling small pieces, special tools should be used to prevent the workpiece from being rotated. Do not hold or press the hole by hand.
- 4 Automatic feed, choose the feed speed and adjust the stroke limit block. Manual feeding is generally performed on the principle of gradual pressure increase and pressure reduction to avoid accidents caused by excessive force.
- 5 When adjusting the drilling machine speed, stroke, clamping tools and workpieces, and when rubbing the machine, stop the machine.
- 6 After the machine tool is started, it is not allowed to touch the moving workpiece, tool and transmission part. It is forbidden to pass or take tools and other items across the rotating part of the machine tool.
- 7 When long iron filings are wound on the drill, stop it and remove it. Do not blow by mouth. Pull by hand or use a brush or iron hook to remove it.
- 8Using a rock drill, no obstacles are allowed in the swing range of the cross arm. No floating objects are allowed on the cross arm and the workbench.
- 9 At the end of the work, lower the cross arm to the lowest position. The headstock is close to the column and must be clamped.
- 10 When two or more people work on the same machine tool, one person must be responsible for safety and unified command to prevent accidents.
- 11 Stop the car immediately if you find any abnormal situation.
- 12 When the machine tool is running, you are not allowed to leave the work station. For some reason, you must stop and cut off the power.
- 13 After finishing work, close the main gate of the machine tool, clean the machine tool, and clean the work place.
- 1. Familiar with the management procedures of laboratory work, exercise the administrator's authority and perform management obligations in accordance with the system, and ensure that laboratory management is standardized.
- 2. Familiar with the specifications, performance characteristics, operating procedures, maintenance common sense of laboratory equipment, and do a good job of safety maintenance and classification management of laboratory equipment in accordance with technical specifications to ensure that the laboratory equipment is intact.
- 3 Responsible for the preparation of routine experiments in this laboratory to ensure the experimental output rate of the syllabus.
- 4 Responsible for the management and registration of the use of conventional instruments, auxiliary equipment, damage compensation, out-of-service inspection, scrap cancellation and storage (account) in accordance with relevant regulations, and do a good job of archiving related registration and approval procedures.
- 5. Responsible for formulating the purchase plan of experimental equipment, and assist related personnel in the procurement of experimental equipment.
- 6. Responsible for the acceptance of newly purchased and allocated experimental equipment.
- 7. Responsible for the construction and management of laboratory archives.
- 8. Do a good job in the laboratory's environmental sanitation, and be responsible for the safety of water, electricity, gas, doors and windows in the laboratory.
- 9. Accept the inspection of superiors; complete the tasks related to laboratory construction and equipment statistics issued by the school, and summarize and report on laboratory management.
- 10 The administrator shall bear the corresponding responsibility for the misconduct in laboratory management.
- 1. The base of the grinder must be firm, and there must be no vibration during operation. The tightening thread of the grinder must be opposite to the direction of rotation of the grinder. The cap must have a locking device. When running, it should be kept round and stable. The two sides of the grinding wheel should be clamped with iron plywood (iron plywood is not less than 1/2 of the diameter of the grinding wheel). A soft pad should be placed between the iron plate and the grinding wheel. Add soft thick paper or insulation to make the pressure even.
- 2. Before use, the grinding wheel must be inspected for defects and cracks, and the prevention device and dust suction device are firm. When turning on the machine, one must stand on the side of the grinding wheel, let the grinding wheel idle for a few minutes, and confirm that the condition is normal before starting work.
- 3. There should be someone responsible for changing the grinding wheel. Do not hit it with a hand hammer. When tightening the grinding wheel clamping screws, use even force. After the replacement, test run first, and it will work after normal operation.
- 4. The maximum speed of the grinding wheel shall not exceed the safe linear speed specified by the grinding wheel.
- 5. When using, hold the workpiece firmly, its pressure should be even and consistent, it is strictly forbidden to hit it with excessive force. Do not grind benzene heavy objects to prevent the wheel from bursting due to improper pressure. Small workpieces should be ground with clamps to avoid injury to hands. Two people cannot use one grinding wheel at the same time.
- 6. It is not allowed to grind hard alloys on ordinary grinding wheels. It is forbidden to grind tough materials such as copper, lead, wood and plastic. Iron-ground workpieces should be wetted with water to cool them.
- 7. It is not allowed to store objects beside the grinder, and the power shall be cut off at any time after use to do the cleaning work.
