- Know the type of measurement, the terminology of the measurement, and the difference in the measurement scale.
- · You must know the difference in accuracy and precision, and you can choose the right measurement tools and techniques.
- · You must know how to measure with a flat layout.
- · Must be able to identify inspection errors and initial processing.
- · Must have basic proofreading knowledge.
- · Must be able to read and interpret design drawings and know the concepts of key, major, and minor characteristics.

- · Must be able to use inspection planning tools and perform product audits, be able to determine the size of samples in batches; randomly select samples.
