The project has undergone small-scale development, pilot scale-up, and industrial trials. Through a series of innovative integration and technological breakthroughs, it has successfully achieved 5 cubic meters of industrial production of molecular sieves such as AEL, TON, and MTT. Developed and produced hydroisomerization dewaxing catalysts for lubricating base oils suitable for Daqing paraffin-based crude oil in China, and realized industrial application in the 200,000 / ton high-pressure hydrogenation unit of PetroChina Daqing Refining and Chemicals in 2008 (catalyst loading capacity 40m3) , Driving once successfully. The results show that the catalyst has high activity, strong isomerization performance, high base oil yield, and significant energy saving and consumption reduction effects. 2. Innovative achievements in basic research on molecular sieve synthesis mechanism
A large number of basic researches have been done around the molecular sieve synthesis mechanism and synthesis law. Among them, the research on ion thermal synthesis molecular sieves has achieved outstanding innovative results. The research found the common structural guidance of organic amine molecules and ionic liquid cations during the ionic thermal synthesis process; for the first time, molecular sieves were synthesized in an ionic thermal system completely free of water; Extremely sensitive; combining microwave heating technology with ion thermal synthesis molecular sieve to invent microwave heating ion thermal synthesis molecular sieve. 3. Developed methane catalytic combustion catalyst
Aiming at the problem of clean combustion of natural gas, several methods for preparing high-temperature thermally stable catalytic materials were proposed, and highly active catalytic combustion catalysts with high-temperature thermal stability were developed. Relevant research content has published more than 30 papers and reports in academic journals and important international conferences at home and abroad.
