Colleges and universities should coordinate multi-channel funds in accordance with regulations, establish and improve the mentor responsibility system and mentor project funding system, increase subsidies for "three assistance" positions, and provide corresponding funding based on the actual performance of graduates in teaching, research, and management.

Fourth, to ensure that families with financial difficulties graduates attend school. In addition to enjoying the above-mentioned policies for graduates with financial difficulties, the Opinions also require universities to comprehensively adopt methods such as tuition reduction and exemption, grants for special difficulties, opening up "green channels" for admission, and launching national student loans to ensure that graduates with financial difficulties can attend school.

On August 13, 2013, the Ministry of Finance stated that in order to improve the policy system for graduate students and improve the level of treatment for graduate students, starting from the fall semester of 2014, the general scholarships for graduate students will be adjusted to the national bursary for graduate students.

According to relevant regulations, the national student grants for graduate students are used to subsidize all full-time graduate students (except those with a fixed salary) who are included in the national graduate admissions program in general colleges and universities in the country, and subsidize the basic living expenses of graduate students. The graduate students receiving the grant must have nationality of the People's Republic of China. The subsidy standard for doctoral students of subordinate universities is 12,000 yuan per student per year, and the subsidy standard for graduate students is 6,000 yuan per student per year.

At the same time, the central finance will also set up postgraduate scholarships for full-time graduate students whose central universities are included in the national postgraduate admissions program, and reward graduates with good performance to complete their studies better. ^[1]

2) In the postgraduate study stage, he has achieved excellent results in discipline competitions, athletic competitions, and professional related competitions at the municipal level or above, has been widely recognized by society, and has won high honors for schools and society;

3) In the postgraduate study period, he was awarded the honorary title of outstanding student model above the university level, three good students above the provincial level, outstanding graduate cadres, advanced individuals in social practice and voluntary service, or other advanced individuals above the provincial level.
