What Is a Surgery Fellowship?

The Sun Changlin Scholarship is a well-known and authoritative art scholarship in China. It was established by the Shandong Academy of Arts and Crafts. It is the highest scholarship awarded to students by the Shandong Academy of Arts and Crafts. It recognizes outstanding students with outstanding professional performance and scientific research capabilities.

Sun Changlin Scholarship

Every school year, there is a selection of 2-6 students in the whole school. The Sun Changlin Scholarship was established in honor of Mr. Sun Changlin, the lifetime honorary dean of Shandong Academy of Arts and Crafts, with awards ranging from 5,000 yuan and 10,000 yuan each. Winning the Sun Changlin Scholarship is the supreme dream and proud award of every Shandong Arts and Crafts student.

Students admitted to the college (including higher vocational colleges) and graduate students according to the enrollment plan must pay tuition fees in full, obtain our school's status, and have been studying continuously for one academic year in the school and have participated in the assessment of all courses in the school year.

Generally, the following basic conditions should be met before applying:

(1) I love my major, earnestly study hard, and have outstanding academic performance. The comprehensive assessment results of the school year are the first in the class.

(2) The school's professional performance and scientific research ability are particularly outstanding, and one of the following conditions has been met in the last academic year:

1. Undertake and complete scientific research projects initiated by the state, province, ministry, department, bureau, and school; or projects commissioned by the government (including central departments, provincial and municipal departments), enterprises, institutions, social organizations or individuals, and with Hong Kong and Macao There are important innovations and breakthroughs in cooperation projects between Taiwan and the world.

2. Obtained the provincial patent certificate.

3. Obtained important awards in various college student culture, science and technology competitions and major social services organized by the provincial or above departments.

4. Publish (publish) monographs, edits, personal portfolios, and research reports with official domestic publications in publishing houses and magazines above the provincial level; or publish design works and books in formal publications and magazines Fine art works or theses; or broadcast their own film and television art works in media above the provincial level.

5. Exchange papers at academic conferences sponsored by governments at or above the provincial level (including provincial industry administrations and bureaus).

6. In the national or provincial government (including the provincial industry competent department, bureau), our school designated A and B society (association) (refer to the "Shandong Institute of Arts and Crafts teaching staff scientific research workload assessment and reward methods" annex) Organized exhibitions show design and fine art works.

7. Get other major achievements related to your profession.

8. If you get particularly significant results or awards, if you win national or international awards independently or mainly on your own, you are not subject to Article (3).

For collective results, I must be ranked in the top three before I am eligible to apply.

(1) Those who meet the basic conditions for selection shall submit an application and fill in the declaration form. Applicants' academic achievements and professional rewards must be reviewed and confirmed by 2 peer experts with senior titles and signed opinions; whether the leaders and counselors in charge of student work at the secondary colleges meet the basic qualifications (1) (2) (C) Review and sign opinions.

(2) Each second-level college has set up a "Sun Changlin Scholarship Review Team" with the dean as the team leader to evaluate applicants from the college and recommend 1-2 winning candidates. The meeting of the judging panel must be attended by more than two-thirds of the members of the judging panel.

(3) The school's "Sun Changlin Scholarship Evaluation Committee" conducts the final evaluation. At least two-thirds of the jury members must be present at the meeting of the judging committee.

(4) The assessment results will be publicized for 3 days. There is no objection to the public announcement, and it is reported to the school's branch leader for signature, and the Finance Department is responsible for the specific issue of the "Sun Changlin Scholarship".
