- Forklift training, to master the skills of forklift operation and driving in the shortest time, and train factory vehicle drivers who meet national standards.
- Master the skills of forklift operation and driving in the shortest time, and train the drivers of in-plant motor vehicles that meet national standards.
- Theoretical courses:
- Basic knowledge, operating procedures,
- The role of the oil pump is to ensure that the diesel circulates in the low-pressure oil circuit, and to supply a sufficient amount of diesel with a certain pressure to the fuel injection pump. The amount of gun oil is generally 3-4 times the maximum fuel injection of the engine at full load. The oil extraction pump is divided into piston type, diaphragm type, gear type and blade type. Piston oil pumps are widely used due to their reliable operation.
- Piston oil pump is mainly composed of oil extraction pump body, mechanical oil pump assembly, hand oil pump assembly, check valve and oil passage. Mechanical oil pump assembly is composed of roller parts (including roller, roller shaft and roller body), ejector rod, piston and piston spring; hand oil pump assembly is composed of hand oil pump body, piston, handle and spring; check valve is stopped by oil inlet Composed of check valve, oil check valve and check valve spring.
- (I) Decomposition and cleaning of oil pump
- 1. Piston oil pump solution
- (1) Remove the bolts and joints of the inlet and outlet pipes, and remove the gasket and the outlet check valve spring and check valve.
- (2) Unscrew the hand oil pump assembly, and take out the 0-shaped seal ring, the oil check valve and the check valve spring.
- (3) Remove the retaining ring and take out the roller parts.
- (4) Unscrew the plug, and remove the washer, piston spring, piston and ejector rod.
- (5) Disassemble the hand oil pump assembly.
- Note: When disassembling the check valve, pay attention to its assembly position and orientation, and pay attention to protecting the machined surfaces and not to damage the threads everywhere.
- 2. Cleaning of oil pump
- (1) The parts shall be cleaned in an oil basin.
- (2) Cleaning sequence: wash precision parts first, and then wash general parts and housings.
- (3) After cleaning, the parts must be placed in the tray in order to prevent the parts from being lost.
- (II) Maintenance of the main parts of the oil pump
- (1) Overhaul of the pump body: The pump body should be free of cracks and the casing should be replaced when the tubing joint threads are damaged by more than 2 teeth.
- (2) Check non-return valve and valve seat: non-return valve should be worn evenly without cracking; the seat lip plane should be flat, bright, without traces or corrosion spots, otherwise it should be replaced with new one.
- (3) Check the check valve spring and the main cavity piston spring: The check valve spring and the main cavity piston spring should be free of distortion, cracks and breaks, otherwise they should be replaced with new ones.
- (4) Check the ejector rod and ejector sleeve: the clearance between the ejector rod and the ejector sleeve should not be greater than 0.02mm. If the clearance is too large, you can increase the ejector size to restore the fit clearance.
- (5) Check the piston and cylinder bore of the pump body: If the piston and cylinder bore of the oil pump exceed the limit of use, as shown in Table 6-2. Replace with new parts.
- (6) Check the strainer, oil seal, etc., if damaged, replace it with a new one. [2]
