1. Must be strictly aseptic to prevent infection.
2. If the bright red blood is drawn to indicate that it has entered the artery by mistake, it should be pulled out immediately and the puncture point is compressed for 5 minutes.
3 Repeated puncture should be avoided as much as possible. Generally, the puncture should be stopped after 3 unsuccessful attempts.
