What is a dividend payout?

As an alternative to the dividend payout, shareholders can decide to take advantage of the benefits called reinvesting dividends. The use of this option instead of paying dividends allows the investor to gradually increase his interest in the company.

with payday dividend, shareholder can freely use cash in any way thatconsiders it appropriate. The whole or part of the paycheck can be used to ensure multiple shares of the company or to purchase other types of investment.
