- (2) The personal injury or death of the driver of the vehicle and his family members, the loss of all or managed property;
- (3) Personal injury or property loss of other persons on the vehicle;

- Article 24 The insurer shall bear the corresponding compensation liabilities according to the proportion of the liability of the insured motorcycle driver in the accident.
- Article 25 Motorcycle loss insurance is compensated in the following ways:

- Obligations of the insured and insured

- Article 36 Before the insurance liability begins, if the insurer requests the termination of the insurance contract, it shall pay the insurer a surcharge of 3% of the insurance premium payable, and the insurer shall refund the insurance premium.
- After the insurance liability begins, if the policyholder requests the termination of the insurance contract, the insurance contract shall be terminated from the date of notification to the insurer. The insurer collects the insurance premium at the short-term monthly rate from the date when the insurance liability begins to the date when the contract is terminated, and refunds the remaining insurance premium.
- Dispute resolution
- Article 37 Any dispute arising from the performance of this insurance contract shall be resolved by the parties through consultation.
