The American Management Association is an American management education organization. Founded in 1913, it was first named "National Enterprise Schools Association" and later changed its name to "National Enterprise Training Association". In 1922, the "American Institute of Industry" was merged to form the "National Staff Association." In 1923, its executive director changed it to its current name.
