What Is the Mexican Stock Exchange?

The National Securities Commission of Mexico is the national government agency that regulates the circulation of securities in Mexico. The institution was established on February 11, 1946, and is composed of representatives from the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, the National Finance Corporation, the Central Bank, the National Bank and Insurance Commission, the Mexico City Stock Exchange, the National Public Bank, and the Mexico City Bank Association.
