What Are Stomach Nodules?
Nodular gastritis is a special endoscopic type of chronic gastritis. It is a chronic gastritis characterized by a uniform and consistent bulging nodules of the gastric mucosa under the endoscope. It was once called goose-like gastritis, also called lymphoid folliculitis. A uniform-sized nodule was found on a gastric camera in 1962 and was named goose-like gastritis.
