(1) Blister type: In the acute stage, the skin may show exudative vesicular damage with redness, mostly scattered, and if there is erosion, secondary bacterial infection can often occur. (4) Eczema-like ringworm fungus rash: Fungal infections of the feet cause side-by-side and flexion of the fingers and palms, and even whole groups of itchy blisters. This is caused by the body's allergy to ringworm. Therefore, anti-allergic treatments such as ketotifen and chlorpheniramine should be administered first. In severe cases, 400 mg of triamcinolone suspension can be injected intramuscularly to suppress the occurrence of rashes until the diseased lesions are controlled. (5) Athlete's foot infection: Because itching is unbearable for tinea pedis, secondary bacterial infection can cause pustules, erysipelas, or lymphangitis after scratching. At this time, antibiotics, such as penicillin and gentamicin, should be administered intramuscularly or intravenously, and immersed in a 0.5% potassium permanganate solution, and then coated with erythromycin ointment.
