What Is Left Atrial Enlargement?
Left atrial enlargement refers to an increase in the volume of the heart, usually an increase in a part of the heart, or a general enlargement of the heart.

- Diagnosis: Apical pulsation was shifted to the lower left on inspection, palpation showed obvious lifting pulsation, the percussion heart dullness circle expanded to the left and left, and the electrocardiogram showed left side deviation and left ventricular hypertrophy. Cardiac ultrasound can be diagnosed directly.
