- (2) Systemic treatment The application of antihistamines and sedative sleeping pills is the same as that of chronic simple moss, and it can be used alone or in combination according to the severity of itching. Thalidomide has poor effect when used alone. Immunosuppressants, such as cyclosporine A and azathioprine, have a certain effect in the treatment of refractory nodular prurigo. Those who have obvious hyperplasia of skin lesions and those with hard texture can take orally retinoate, 3 times a day, or isotretinoin, 1 or 2 times a day.
