3. Installation accessories

4. Coloring materials

5. Installation method

1) Preparation for installation operation

First check whether the wall surface meets the requirements for pasted three-dimensional decorative board products. If it does not meet the requirements, it needs further processing. If it has already met the requirements, you can proceed to the next step;

Prepare the required plain or colored plates;

Prepare appropriate tools and accessories;

According to the size of the area to be pasted, arrange appropriate personnel to operate the installation. It is best that 3 people become an installation team (flexible control according to needs), among which: 1 person applies glue, 1 person pastes, and 1 person delivers the product;

2) Installation steps

Measurement-Calculate the size on the wall that meets the requirements, and mark the position according to the design requirements, and find the middle position of the paste;

Glue-Do not apply too much glue to the brush to avoid polluting the environment from other places. Walls and products need to be glued for better adhesion. Brush the glue evenly, especially the edges and corners of the product. Note: Do not contaminate the glue on the front of the product, so as not to affect the paste effect; do not brush the glue on the recessed parts of the product to avoid waste;

When pasting products, it is best to paste from the middle position to the four sides, and the corners of the products are aligned until the pasting is completed.

3) Close up.

CuttingWhen cutting with a wallpaper knife, cut repeatedly until it is cut; when cutting with an angle grinder, just cut the line and cut along the line in order.

Edge trimming-Finally, the edge trimming process (soft bag, trim strips, wallpaper, etc.) can be done according to the design requirements; it is best to collect the trimmed edges at the corners or use the trim strips for edge trimming.

4) Coloring.

Gap treatment-when coloring is needed, first fill the gap with a grout, after it is dry, smooth it with fine sandpaper;

Use of spray gunsBefore using the spray guns, clean the inside and outside, as well as the pipes, and adjust the nozzles to a suitable position until the sprayed spray paint is not easy to flow. The triggering force of the spray guns should be appropriate; the flapping range of the spray gun heads should be appropriate;
