What is a blog community?
"Blog" is a contraction for a longer -term "web protocol" and is a word that refers to any online diary for an individual or organization. The blog usually has specific focus and includes posts about specific types of events or problems. The blog community is a group of people who blog about similar things or use the same blogging platform. The collective blog community of all blogs on the web is often referred to as a "blogosphere".
The blog community can be connected in several ways. A group of blogs can be easily connected because they use the same blog -building software. It is also very common that the blog community surrounds a specific topic. For example, there are hundreds of blogs devoted to poetry. People who operate these blogs are publishers of poetry, scientists of literature who focus on their studies in poetry and poets themselves. Since all these blogs have a similar topic, it would be considered an existence as part of poetry blogs.
Sometimes a blog will have more than one focus. There could be a blog that specializes in printing titles of poetry and collection of short stories. Such a publisher would write posts concerning poetry and short fiction. In this sense, the blog would belong to both the community of poetry blogs and the story community. It is quite common for blogs to fall into a number of categories in terms of its content and topics that cover. Therefore, it also falls into a number of communities.
There are several directories that categorize blogs on the web. Often these are these types of directories and search engines that cluster blog communities in their registers. This kind of official grouping of communities can be useful for people at the beginning of the research project.
The more organic way of finding blogs that clustered into the community is to look at the section of links to the blog. Links that is sometimes referred to as "Blog" displays links to other blogs that the blog owner likes oro regularly visits. This gives a brighter feeling that blogs combined each other in their own blogosphere community.
