What is phlog?
There are two different phlog definitions. This term can refer to a photographic blog. It can also refer to an online daily book that runs on the GOPHER protocol server. The second definition of phlog can also be referred to as rlog.
The term phlog can be used to describe the photographic protocol. This is the blog that is used to display images. Blog is an online diary that is relatively easy to use because rarely requires knowledge of computer programming and code. While most blogs are often available to the general public, some blogs are considered private and can only approach them with invited guests. The Plog is kept by a blogger and can display photos and illustrations that are designed by a blogger or attract the taste of blogger.
The term "phlog" can also refer to a daily book that is similar to a blog. While blogs tend to offer sites on the World Wide website that share a particular server, PHLOGS runs only outside the Gopher Protocol server. GopHerprotol server is an alternative to the World Wide website. Since the gopher server is separated from the web, Gopher Proxy must be used to search for PHLOGS on the web. This proxy allows the web browser to use the Veronica-2 search engine, the Gopher search engine to search and look at the phlog.
Most Phlogs are hosted on domestic servers. These servers often use the UNIX ™ operating system. UNIX ™ is a multitasking operating system and more user capabilities. It was developed at the beginning of the 70s. While UNIX ™ is now used to describe any operating system that resembles the original, the term is a trademark of an open group.
As well as blogs, Phlogs are often organized as directory. Each PHLOG item is marked with the name and date when the input content was composed. Ploles also contain archives that are displayed by the side of the OBrazovka. Archives give viewers access to past records.
Due to phonetic similarity, PHLOGS can often be confused with flogging. Flog refers to a fake blog. These are blogs that have been established by corporations, businesses, manufacturers and retailers. Flogs are designed to look like personal daily books or diary records. In fact, these are the results of marketing strategies designed to attract attention to certain products and services.
