What Is a RAM Limit?
i-RAM ( GC-RAMDISK ) is a product launched by Gigabyte Technology on June 25, 2005, using DDR as the storage medium.
- The principle of i-RAM BOX is the same as that of i-RAM , but it is designed as an external 5.25-inch storage device, commonly known as "i-RAM II".
- Double Data Rate Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory ( DDR SDRAM for short) is a device with double data rate.
- SDRAM only transfers data once in one clock cycle, and it transmits data during the clock rising period; DDR can transmit data twice in one clock cycle, that is, data is transmitted once during the rising and falling periods of the clock.
