What is a record?

Record set is a structure used in the database for the content of the record group. These records may be the content of the individual table or the result of the query. Without the ability to generate and display the recording kit, the database would be nothing but a storage that contains - but not production - data. When the end user requires information from the database, the database collects the required information and inserts it in the record set. After the computer examines the recording set down to the returned number, the number of results created. It then displays the Recordset screen on the screen, allowing the end user access to the required data.

Records contain any information that the computer database returns, no matter how small, large, adapted or inaccurate. If the end user requires all information from the Employees Database Record, this result will come in the form of a set of records. Similarly, if the end user requires something limited such as POR dataODU of all employees on behalf of TED, this information also comes in records. In this sense, the record set is nothing more than a general term used to refer to the outcome of a particular search.

As soon as they are generated, the records refer to only one individual record in the database as "current record". This means that once it collects its data, the records reportedly ignore the rest of the database. They exist in themselves as separate entities that host the required information, while the rest of the records and files of the database remain intact and intact. As a result, adjusting the information stored in the records will not affect the corresponding information contained in the actual database tables.
