What is a Registry Fix?

The Windows 3.X system is an extension. ini configuration file to save various initialization configuration information of the system and applications. When Windows 3.X starts, the system reads various initialization information from the .ini file, namely Win.ini and System.ini, to configure the software and hardware environment of the entire system, so as to start the entire Windows system normally. Generally speaking, the Win.ini file mainly contains information to control the Windows user window environment. We can use a text editor to modify some of the software and hardware configurations to meet our needs by modifying these two files. Starting from the Windows 95 operating system, the relevant information originally stored in the above two files has been moved to the system's registry, so that the registry has become a centralized storage place for key information of the Windows system.
