What is a Scraper Site?

Scraper is also called scribing board. It is made of bamboo or laminated board. It is a tool for small-sized motors. When inserting the wire, use a scraper to separate the insulating paper in the slot, align the wires that have been lowered into the slot, and push the wires to both sides of the slot to make it easier for the later embedded wires to enter the slot. When making the scraper, the scraped part (front end and both sides of the front end) should be rounded with a file and polished with sandpaper to avoid scratching the insulation layer of the wire and the insulation paper at the bottom of the groove when scraping the wire. ~ 3cm. ^[1]

For some specific shapes of castings, if the production quantity is small, you can use a piece of wood that matches the shape of the casting's cross section to make the scraper. The scraper moves back and forth along a certain trajectory or is fixed around the fixed shape. The central axis rotates to scrape out the required cavity. This type of squeegeeing and core making method is called squeegee sculpting. Scraper is simple to manufacture and uses few materials. It is a popular modeling method. Commonly used are rotary scraper and guide scraper.

In actual production, whether to use a rotary scraper or a guide scraper should be determined according to the shape and size of the casting. Short thick cylinders are modeled with rotating scrapers, while longer cylinders or other shaped bodies with guide surfaces are better modeled with guide scrapers. As for the use of scraper modeling or real prototype modeling, it must be determined after comprehensive consideration of factors such as the production quantity, economy, quality and technical requirements of the casting.

Scraper conveyor is one of the earliest continuous conveying equipment. It uses a scraper fixed on a traction member (such as a chain) to move the conveyed material from each scraper along a small pile to a small pile to achieve continuous feeding. Because the plane of the squeegee is perpendicular to its moving direction, the material in the groove is scraped forward by the squeegee one by one. Therefore, this type of bearing member is named "scraper". A conveyor using a squeegee-bearing member is called a squeegee conveyor.

Scraper conveyor is mainly divided into two types: general type and flexible type. The flexible scraper conveyor is mainly used in coal mine comprehensive mechanized coal mining, and it is matched with the coal mining machine to complete the mining operation.

Most of the scraper conveyors commonly used in non-ferrous metallurgical plants are general-purpose, mainly used to transport hot sintered blocks, regrind, soot, dry concentrate and coal. In the 1980s, a lead smelter imported from Germany in China, almost all of its materials were conveyed by a fully enclosed universal scraper conveyor. ^[3]

The scraper slag fishing machine is the main equipment of the slag removal system of the solid slag discharge furnace. It forms a complete set of boiler slag removal system with transition slag hopper, hydraulic shut-off door, slag crusher, slurry tank, slurry pump and so on. Each boiler is equipped with a slag fishing machine, and the slag is discharged on the left. The longitudinal centerline of the slag-fishing machine coincides with the centerline of the boiler hearth, the drive system platform is placed on the left (facing the slag outlet), and the overflow device and fault slag discharge hole are arranged on the right.

Principle: The upper part of the slag-fishing machine is filled with cooling water (water temperature is less than or equal to 60 ° C). The type scraper is pulled out forward, and after dropping water in the nose of the machine, it is dropped into the slag crusher through the slag discharge port. The lower tank is used for the return of the scraper. No residue and water. The upper tank is lined with 16Mn wear-resistant steel plate, and the lower tank and head slope are lined with diabase cast stone slabs.

Features: The slag-fishing machine is used in conjunction with the shut-off door. After the shut-off door is fully opened, it is inserted into the tank water to form a furnace bottom sealing system to prevent the bottom of the furnace from leaking and make the boiler run stably. When the slag-fishing machine fails, the shut-off door can be closed to allow slag to accumulate in the slag well, which can achieve the purpose of maintaining the slag-fishing machine without stopping the furnace. ^[4]
