What is the basic speed interface?
The basic rates (BRI) interface (BRI) is a data transmission level available to users who have an integrated digital network (ISDN) and is mainly used for Internet connection. This type of connection is usually used by home users, owners of small businesses and others who need a smaller bandwidth. The basic speed interface is the lower level of the offered service compared to the primary rate (PRI), which has multiple channels and higher bandwidth. It is used primarily by those who have greater need for bandwidth, such as a larger company or school.
ISDN is a method of communication that uses a digital signal to move data. This may include clean data, video signals, voice signals and other types of communication. The advantage of ISDN is that it can use a standard telephone network system to transmit different types of operation at the same time. It uses two types of channels. bearers' channels, known as B-channels, bears data in various forms such as AS voice or video. The delta channel Vanish as a D-channel, carries information about the signal itself.
The basic speed interface is considered to be an input level with regard to ISDN. Bri has two B-channels and one D-channel. K-channels can carry 64 kilobites per second (kbit/s) and transmit either data or one digital voice signal. D-channels can move at 16 kbit/s and are used to negotiate a call or signal as well as signal information. Channels B are often combined to move up to 128 kbit/S at the same time. This is also the highest transmission rate available for basic interface users.
Using ISDN and then the basic speed interface and primary speed interface differ in terms of frequency of use. Bri is not so popular in the US, but has popularity in parts of Europe and Japan, while the level of prisons has a similar level of use around the world. In addition, BRI has a different modulation sequence in the varietythe parts of the world. In North America, the method is known as 2B1Q and in the rest of the world the standard 4B3T is used.
Thebase speed interface can be delivered with physical interfaces. Mostly it depends on the specific use of the network as well as geographical factors such as distance, such as which interface will be implemented. The most common format is known as the S/T interface, and it is easiest to set and use it in household items.
