What is Google® base?
According to the Google® Services and Tools website, users have access to a wide range of products, from e-mail to mapping to words processing applications. Google® also offers beta software that is not ready for official release via the Google® Services and Tools section, but these products can be used and tested by the general public. One example of this Beta software is Google®, an online database that allows users to record content to Google®.
Users can add any type of content that Google® wants via Google® base for free; People can record links to websites, pictures, text, software, music or videos. The content is uploaded to the database via the application programming interface (API) that Google® provides, or users can record using different file transmission methods (FTP). After recording content, Google® data indexes and allows others to search for this data. Google® can integrate a new contepokUD finds that the content is relevant. Google® does not charge users for this service.
When recording content, users should add attributes to the data to improve content visibility. Attributes are metadata that provides more information about what is content. For example, a typical attribute for an oak picture can be a "tree: oak".
The basic part of Google® establishes some content limitations that users can upload that are defined in the service conditions. For example, when publishing ads, users cannot record fraudulent or deceptive material, including chain letters or pyramid schemes. Users cannot record media protected by copyrights such as music, software and videos if the person is not the owner of this media. Content cannot have any malicious code such as virus, worms or spyware. Google® may reject content that violates one of the Terms and Conditions, and this data will not beOU uploaded to the database.
After uploading data to Google® base, content owners can see how often their information appears in search. Google® provides content and content click statistics. Impressions apply to the number of times the content has appeared in search from data. Click refers to how many times the person clicks on the content during the search from the data publication.
