Some people tweet to inform their family and friends about significant life events, their stay and interact with other people. Other Twitter® users tweet primarily as marketing technology to raise brand awareness or product sales. Sometimes game developers tweet to inform players about potential downtime and progress in unexpected technical problems.

Millions of tweets are exchanged every day on Twitter®, but many of these tweets are often considered not worth reading. Although the small speech is exchanged roughly, as well as conversations and spam and tweets with their own promotion are a minority, tweeting is still widely criticized.
