d. Assemble and restore according to the above cba method.
e. Pay attention to the 0.3-0.5mm gap between the nut and the L-shaped curved plate.
Situation two:
The semi-automatic packer does not automatically eject the tape. In this case, first check whether the "exit length adjustment" is at "0", and then check whether the process of passing through the tape is correct. If it does not work, a foreign object may be stuck near the feed roller, which will also cause this. One situation. Situation four:
Poor adhesion
a. The temperature is too high or not enough. Sometimes special tapes have poor viscosity. The temperature must be accurate.
b. The use voltage is not enough. There are many factory voltages, which are often insufficient. If you use extension cables or cable wires, it will cause a voltage drop, which will lower the originally adjusted temperature and even burn out when the motor is tightly bundled. Therefore, try to avoid using cables If you must use an extension cable, you must connect a thicker wire instead of a long one.
c. The 635 bearing under the middle knife is broken. In this case, it is heated and cannot be bonded at all.
d. The long pull spring on the electric stranger hand (swing bar) is tired, so the stranger hand cannot be positioned, resulting in half or even less adhesion.
e. The electric steel sheet is too high or too low, or it is to the left or right, so when it encounters the upper and lower PP belts, or the left and right cutters, it cannot enter the heating, and it must be adjusted according to the situation.
f. The micro fan for exhaust smoke is malfunctioning, which makes the temperature too high.
Situation five:
Does not operate when inserting the tape.
The LS1 micro switch on the right side of the upper slide is faulty or the shrapnel is blocked by a foreign object and cannot touch the contacts.
Condition six:
continuously working.
