Second, the use and maintenance of Dongfanghong-75 tractor hydraulic system
1. The four working positions of the hydraulic system are realized by manipulating the handle of the distributor. Therefore, the four working positions of the distributor handle must be correctly selected according to the working situation.
(1) When working on agricultural implements with support wheels, the tractor should use the height adjustment method to work. Therefore, the handle should be placed in the "floating" position. Otherwise, it is easy to damage the hydraulic components or agricultural tools.
(2) When the tractor suspends agricultural implements without supporting wheels, the handle of the distributor can be placed in the "neutral" position. Keep the relative position of the farm implement and the tractor. If for some reason the farm implement is lowered, the dispenser handle can be manipulated and raised to its original position.
(3) When the tractor-mounted agricultural implement needs to be forced into the soil, such as bulldozing, the distributor handle can be moved to the "down" position. But working hours should not be too long.
(4) When a tractor hangs a wide agricultural implement (such as a field cultivator, planter), in addition to placing the handle of the dispenser in the "floating" position, the long hole of the boom should be connected with the longitudinal tie rod so that the agricultural implement can be shaped.
(5) When you pull the handle, you should be agile and accurate, tap lightly and push fast, and you are not allowed to stay in the transition interval of the working position to prevent the slide valve from sealing the oil circuit and causing the oil pressure to rise abnormally. Every time you reach the intended working position, you should let go immediately.
2. For long-distance transportation, after lifting the agricultural implement to the highest position, press the positioning valve by hand to block the oil passage in the lower cavity of the oil cylinder, so that the agricultural implement is reliably maintained in the "transportation" position.
The unit should be transported on a flat road. Slow down when crossing a ditch or turning. When parking, the implement should be placed on a flat ground.
3. Attention should be paid to field operations: (1) When raising or lowering agricultural tools on the ground, it should be carried out while walking. Especially when turning over the ground, if you stop and plow, the resistance increases considerably, which will exceed about 50% of the plow resistance when the plough is not in the soil. The hydraulic system is prone to hydraulic shock and damage the oil pipe and other components. (2) When turning on the ground, the turning should be performed after the farm implement is raised; when the straight starts after the turn, the farm implement is lowered. Otherwise, agricultural tools or suspension devices may be easily damaged. (3) When adjusting or cleaning hanging agricultural tools, in order to avoid personal accidents, do not do it under the raised agricultural tools. If necessary, adjust or clean up after supporting the implement.
4. Winter use of hydraulic system. In northern areas, the temperature is low in winter and the viscosity of hydraulic oil increases, affecting the normal operation of the system. In addition to selecting an appropriate hydraulic oil, it should be preheated well before use, and work can only be performed when the oil temperature is not lower than 20 degrees.
5. Before the hydraulic system works, the oil pump transmission clutch must be combined before the engine starts, otherwise, it is easy to damage or accelerate the wear of the toothed clutch.
