What is the construction?

The design is a mixer of the cement of the device that is used for mixing and casting cement. The first thing that usually comes to mind when mentioning the cement mixer is a cement car that is a vehicle that is large enough to carry a heavy cement blender on the back. However, cement mixers can come in all sizes and a typical lightweight portable cement mixer is the size of the wheel. The main thing necessary is the cement itself, which is a mixture of sand, water and aggregate (crushed stone) and a place for mixing everything together. Accuracy comes into the process when mixing the exact amounts of these items. The most common cement mixture that is used in the cement blender is known as Portland cement, a mixture that has specific properties that are easily controlled, such as the time required for dryness.

The most visible part of the cement mixer is a rotating drum that allows you to mix all parts of the cement simultaneously and maintain the mixture evenly. Inside this drum there are blades that rotate and stir all čPart of the cement together, and these are usually driven by an engine that is connected to the drum. Once the concrete is ready to pour, there is a hole in the drum from which wet concrete is easy to come out.

The direction that turns the blade can be perverted when pouring wet cement and it is to take it more rather than mix it. Cement vehicles may be a bit more complicated and a lot of time is mixed while the car is on the way to work. In case of delay, the cement trucks are designed to add the agent to the mixture to be too fast.

The size of the cement blender, which is necessary to complete the task, depends mainly on the size of the work itself. A work that requires seven or eight cubic stops of cement or less can usually be completed by a portable cement blender. However, everything greater than that will usually require the use of a truck of cement, with some large jobs that require much more.
