What is a Binding Machine?
The binding machine is a mechanical (manual or automatic, fully automatic) binding device for fixing paper, plastic, leather and other materials with staples or hot-melt adhesives, nylon tubes and other materials. According to different purposes, it can be divided into industrial binding machines and civilian binding machines, which are often used in printing plants, financial offices of enterprises and institutions, and file management.
Binding Machine
- The binding machine uses a mechanical method (manual or automatic, fully automatic) to staple paper, plastic, leather, etc. with staples or
- The stapler is a
- Widely used in the binding work of banks, securities, insurance, telecommunications, and financial vouchers, bills, account pages, statements, archives, periodicals, documents, drawings, test papers, books and papers of schools, institutions, enterprises and institutions.
- 1. Installation handle: Put the handle prepared with the box on the square shaft on the right side of the binding machine (note: the working angle of the handle), and tighten it with the locking screw.
- 2. Paper consumption: It must be determined according to the paper quantity specified in the manual of each model. Failure to do so may result in the following undesirable conditions:
- The handle can't be pressed down, it is difficult to penetrate the paper, and it cannot penetrate.
- The margins are not balanced, and paper edges curl easily.
- The square shaft is twisted, which shortens the life of the binding machine.
- 3. The adjustment of paper margins is based on the principle that the margin size is determined according to the diameter of the pull ring.
- The method is: use the adjusting screw (installed behind the binding machine) to adjust the scale to achieve the purpose of margins.
- The rule is: the diameter of the pull ring is large, the paper margin is increased, and the diameter of the pull ring is small, the paper margin is reduced.
- 4. Punching operation method:
- Organize the paper neatly, abut the positioning block, and feed the paper into the machine in parallel until it reaches the top position.
- Hold the paper with your left hand, hold the handle with your right hand, press down until the blade penetrates the paper, and then lift the handle.
- Take out the punched paper smoothly with both hands. If the paper hangs, press down the handle repeatedly, and then take out the paper.
- 5. Pull ring binding method:
- According to the amount of paper, choose pull rings of different sizes, slowly push the handle up until the pull ring opens, then insert the paper hole into the pull ring, and pull the handle back slowly, so that the pull ring teeth are all inserted into the paper After the hole is pulled, pull the handle in place, tighten the loop opening, and the binding book is installed.
- Many customers don't know which aspects to judge the advantages and disadvantages of a binding machine when purchasing a binding machine. In the face of different types and brands of binding machines, they can't start. Here, I will introduce some parameters that must be considered when purchasing a binding machine:
- There are many types of binding machines but the working principle is similar. except
- Symptom 1: The case of the binding machine is live
- Cause of failure: The two phases of the motor insulation breakdown are in contact
- Elimination method: repair the motor winding check and eliminate the contact of the outgoing wires
- Symptom 2: The sound from the motor rotates slowly or does not turn
- Cause of failure: one of the phases is disconnected and the machine is stuck
- Elimination method: Repair one phase power supply to find the stuck place and eliminate it
- Symptom three: The binding machine is powered on and does not rotate
- Cause of failure: No voltage in the circuit, poor switch contact
- Elimination method: repair power repair switch
- Symptom 4: Stapler stops during normal operation
- Cause: Disconnection on the circuit, power interruption
- Elimination method: repair the open circuit and repair the power supply
