What Is a Boring Machine?
A machine tool that uses a boring tool to boring an existing prefabricated hole of a workpiece. Generally, the rotation of the boring tool is the main motion, and the movement of the boring tool or the workpiece is the feed motion. It is mainly used for finishing high-precision holes or finishing multiple holes at one time. In addition, it can also be used to process other processing surfaces related to hole finishing. The use of different tools and accessories for drilling, milling, cutting has higher machining accuracy and surface quality than drilling machines. Boring machine is the main equipment for processing large box parts. Thread and machining of outer circle and end face.
- Boring machine is divided into
- Due to the need to make weapons, hydraulically driven barrel boring machines have been around since the 15th century. 1769 J. Watt gets practical
- 1. Long hole boring represented by the coaxial hole system of the box part is
- The workpiece does not move during processing, let the tool move, align the center of the tool with the center of the hole, and rotate the tool (
- Main features of SAJ boring machine inverter: 1. Large low-frequency torque, stable output 2. High-performance vector control 3. Fast dynamic torque response, high stable speed accuracy 4, fast deceleration and stopping speed 5, strong anti-interference ability
- Most boring machines are packed in wooden cases. When manufacturers of wooden cases manufacture wooden cases, they are based on GB7284-87 "Frame Wooden Cases" and GB / T13384-92 "Machines
- Inspection Standards for Boring Machines and Others
- Metal cutting machine tools have implemented an export product quality permit system, and products that have not obtained an export product quality permit are not allowed to be exported. In addition to specifying general requirements when ordering, there must be clear regulations for equipment parameters in metric and inch systems, power supply voltage, frequency, random accessories, and machine tool colors.
- 1. Observe the general safe operating procedures of milling and boring workers. Dress as required
Boring machine maintenance work
- The maintenance work of the boring machine is mainly to pay attention to cleaning, lubrication and reasonable operation. The daily maintenance work is divided into the following three stages:
- 1) Before work starts. Check whether the parts of the machine tool are intact and whether the positions of the handles are normal; clean all parts of the machine tool, observe the lubrication devices, and directly lubricate the rail surface of the machine tool; start at low speed and run for a certain time.
- 2) During work. Mainly for correct operation, the machine tool is not allowed to work overload, and rough machining cannot be performed with precision machine tools. If there is any abnormal phenomenon in the machine tool during work, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.
- 3) After work. Clean all parts of the machine tool, move all moving parts of the machine tool to the specified position, and turn off the power.
First-class maintenance of boring machine
- The boring machine generally stipulates that after the cumulative operation of 800h, the operator mainly performs a primary maintenance, and the maintenance work must be performed after the power is turned off. The following uses this type of horizontal boring machine as an example to explain the contents and requirements of boring machine first-level maintenance.
- 1) Outside maintenance. Mainly remove the dirt and rust on the machine tool surface and keep the transmission parts clean. Scrub the surface and cover of the machine tool, and there should be no rust or yellow spots; scrub all exposed screws, light bars and racks; make up all the handles, screws, nuts and other parts to keep the machine appearance clean
- 2) Maintenance of headstock and feed gearbox. Open the dust cover of the headstock, check and adjust the v-belt and the headstock clamping lever. Clean the filters and oil tanks; check the tightness of the balance hammer wire rope; scrub the flat disc chute and adjust the inserts.
- 3) Maintenance of worktable and guide rail. Scrub all parts of the workbench, check and adjust the gap between the retaining iron and the inserts; check whether the guide rails are burred, polish the burrs, and scrub the guide rails.
- 4) Rear pillar maintenance. After scrubbing the bearing seat and guide surface, check and adjust the gap of the insert.
- 5) Maintenance of lubrication system. Clean the linoleum and oil tank, and keep the oil holes and oil passages clear. Clean the cooling pump, filter and cooling box. Clean the filter to ensure that the oil cup is complete and keep the oil level and oil window bright.
- 6) Maintenance of electrical parts. Clean electrical boxes and motors. Check the position of electrical installations to ensure that electrical installations are fixed, safe and tidy. Operating system, and finally cut off the power.
