What is the button to die?

The DIE button is one part of the Die set that installs in the button. It accepts its name from the shape of a similar button of the left material after the hole punching. Die sits in the lower stroke holder and provides support for a material that receives a perforated hole. In the movable upper jaw of the Punch buttons there is a piercing matrix that slips into the opening located in the center of the button. Proper dimensioning of these two will die a hole in the material without distortion. The use of the wrong combination of buttons and piercing diesel will lead to damage to the material and die and cause damage to the punch operator. Director and softer materials require stricter tolerances to create a round hole without damaging the material. Metals and other hard materials require multiple gaps between the two dies, the material prevented from linking the button. The bound material causes the pressure to increase in the button, causing damage to the matrix or possibly causing it to break and send pieces flying per person operating the button. AfterThey dies coincide, another often overlooked step may also result in broken death and flying pieces of remnants.

Incorrect dies dies cause the piercing matrix to contact the edge of the button. The resulting collision bursts or breaks dies and results in the pieces to die flying towards the punch operator at high speeds. The manual reduction of the piercing to die to open the button before use to allow the operator to adjust the location of the piercing matrix so that it corresponds to the location of the hole to the button. Constant checks and adjustments between the two diesels will ensure that the punching operation continues without any problems.

Constant control of the cutting area located around the edge of the button for the button ensures that the opening in the cracked material remains round and has clean edges. Dry the damaged button immediately to ensure the correct dimensions of the hole and the safety of the operator using the hallmarkČe button. The remnants of the material cleaning from the matrix after each use keeps the edges of the matrix visible for the inspection.
