What is chocbox?
Chocbox is an electrical safety product that effectively covers electrical connections when the code requirements meet. Many electricians rely on the tool known as the screw connector strip in its work and historically used the electric tape to pack such connections. This device eliminates the need for a tape that can streamline electricians, and also engages in the code in regions where the screw connection of the covered tape no longer meets government standards. It can be used for both electrical and telecommunication applications. Electricians can set the cabling inside and close the box to insulate and protect the connection. One of the advantages of Chocbox is that it can prevent disconnection and other problems associated with partially exposed and recorded connections. It also limits the chance of shorts, electric shocks and other problems associated with exposed wiring because it completely covers connection. Chocbox has a low profile so it fits in different places and can be used in new cabling as well as repairs andUpgrade. The connector covered in this nature provides additional safety and can help electricians work faster because they do not have to install individual insulation.
initially released in the UK, Chocbox also has an application in other countries. Electric codes are constantly updated and regulatory officials may consider changes in codes in other countries in assessing health and safety. Requiring more efficient insulation for wiring is an important problem as it can prevent fires, injuries and damage to the electrical equipment.
This invention has an interesting story; Purchased the public when it was listed on Dragon's day , a BBC TV program that allows entrepreneurs to connect with funding and compete sources. Peter Mouse, inventor of Chocbox, introduced his proposal and not only gained financing, but successfully landed after his television appearance of electric material distributorwith a distributor of electrical needs. My MOU invested in other products with the potential in the electrical safety industry.
Before installing electrical components, it is advisable to ensure that regional codes meet, as violations can lead to a repetition order. Fines can also be selected in some cases. This is not sure whether Chocbox is suitable for their area, with registration civil servants to find out whether it is approved.
