What is a compact compressor?
Compact compressors are devices that supply compressed air, which are usually smaller than the average hobby workshop or industrial type. The compact compressor should be commonly used for inflatable balls, airbrushing or low -pressure spray painting or as a car accessory for tire inflatable. They are usually small enough to be conveniently transported manually, making them mobile and easily accessible. Although most of these compressors are types of direct supplies and do not have a tank or tank, some larger examples do. Generally, these devices are the design of the membrane, although some of the larger models have piston heads and are powered by alternating or direct currents with electric motors. There they are used for inflation of tires, spraying of painting or blasting of sand, among many other everyday uses. The compact compressor is a light member of this family, which is used for low -pressure spraying, Airbrush details and inflatable balls or toys. These devices are usually up tobravely small to rise and store it in the back of the cabinet or put it in a recreational vehicle to deal with the dreaded terrain flat tire. Compact compressors usually have operating pressures ranging from 80 to 150 PSI (5.5 - 10 bar) and engine size 1/8 to 2 horseforce (94 W - 1.5 kilowatt).
Large compressors have a storage tank in which the air compressor head air for later use, while the compact compressor adds its compressed air directly. However, several of the larger types have a small tank, with the average volume of about 5 gallons (19 liters). The average small compressor will be supplied with a controller, compressor filter and hose. Depending on its intended use, there may also be a number of inflation needles or tire inflation and armaturycluded. Some compact compressors even include basic airbrush or low -pressure starter sets for spraying.
Most compact compressor models have a membrane compressor head. This type of compressor mechanism is reliable, efficient and quiet, which makes them ideal for use in the home or studio. Larger versions may have conventional piston heads suitable for higher output rating. Models designed for use around home or workshop will usually be driven by AC current, (AC) network electric motors. Persons designed for use as automotive accessories are generally driven by direct current with 12 V. (DC) and are often equipped with plugs of cigar lighters.
