What Is a Hydraulic Excavator?
Hydraulic excavator is a kind of multifunctional machine, which is widely used in water conservancy engineering, transportation, electric power engineering and mining and other mechanical construction. It reduces the heavy physical labor, guarantees the quality of the project, speeds up the construction speed and improves labor productivity. Plays a very important role.
- The upper slewing platform located on the lower traveling body of the hydraulic excavator is as important as the human head and torso. Although its structure is difficult to see from the outside, if the engine and various hydraulic devices installed therein fail or are overloaded, it will affect the overall state of the machine, reduce performance, and eventually cause machine failure. Therefore, the routine maintenance inspection of the upper slewing platform of the machine should be given priority. In order to improve the operating performance of the upper slewing platform and prevent unnecessary failures, what aspects should be paid attention to in the maintenance of the upper slewing platform? - 1. Before the excavator starts, check the environmental safety situation and clear the obstacles on the road. Unrelated personnel leave the excavator and then lift the bucket. [2] 2. After the preparatory work is completed, the driver should first press the horn and then operate the excavator to start. 3. Check the direction of the track frame before operating the walking rod, and try to get the excavator to move forward. If the drive wheels are in front, the walking rod should be operated backwards. 4. When the excavator backs up, pay attention to the space behind the car, pay attention to the blind area behind the excavator, and if necessary, please direct someone to assist. 5. If the excavator starts at a low speed range, the engine speed will suddenly increase, so the driver should carefully operate the travel lever. 6, hydraulic excavator walking speed-high or low speed can be selected by the driver. When the selector switch is in the "0" position, the excavator will travel at low speed and high torque; when the start is selected in the "1" position, the excavator's walking speed will automatically rise or fall according to the working pressure of the hydraulic walking circuit. For example, an excavator can choose high speed when walking on flat ground; low speed can be selected when walking uphill. If the engine speed control panel is set below the engine's medium speed (approximately 1400r / min), the excavator will still travel at a low speed even if the selector switch is in the "1" position. 7. The excavator should walk on flat ground as much as possible, and avoid placing the upper turntable by itself or manipulating its rotation. 8. When the excavator is walking on bad ground, avoid the rocks from damaging the walking motor and crawler frame. The entry of mud and sand into the track will affect the normal walking of the excavator and the service life of the track. There are excavators at work in many mines. There are many rocks. At this time, pay attention to the chassis of the excavator and the area around the four wheels, and pay attention to whether it is loose or damaged. Checking the tension of the track is better than loosening it on flat ground. When working on the mountain, the working device of the excavator will be damaged faster. Pay attention to the use of the enhanced working device of the excavator and replace it in time. 9. Try to avoid the wading and walking of the excavator as far as possible. When wading and walking, you should first check the condition of the underwater ground, and the water surface should not exceed the upper edge of the roller. Some excavators work by the sea, while others work in the sea. In this case, after the excavator is finished, be sure to rinse the parts of the excavator that have been in contact with the brine, and pay attention to whether the electrical parts are rusty. After the cleaning is completed, conditionally protect the exposed metal with oil, and then lubricate the various working devices and components of the excavator. Check whether each part is loose and damaged. If it is found, it must be disposed of in time. If you do not pay attention to the maintenance work of the excavator at the seaside, it may cause the metal of the excavator to rust, which will greatly affect the working state of the excavator. 10. When the excavator is walking on a slope, ensure the track direction and ground conditions to make the excavator travel as straight as possible; keep the bucket 20-30cm off the ground. If the excavator slips or is unstable, immediately lower the bucket; when the engine When stalling on a ramp, lower the bucket to the ground, set the joystick to the neutral position, and restart the engine.
