What is the magnetic particle control?

Magnetic particle inspection is a method of non -destructive testing that can be used in the evaluation of all iron materials. Like other forms of non -destructive testing, this method has the advantage that it does not harm or threaten the test materials during the test process. This method is one of the fastest and least expensive ways to test iron materials before certifying them as safe and ready for use.

In the magnetic particle inspection, the tested object is surrounded by a magnetic field. The particles suspended in the load -bearing liquid are sprayed onto the object.
