What Is a Mill Scale?
Electronic balance (English name: electronic balance) is a kind of weighing instrument, which is a tool for measuring the mass of an object by using Hooke's law or the principle of lever balance of force. According to the structure principle, it can be divided into three categories: mechanical scales, electronic scales, and electromechanical combined scales.
- 1. According to the principle: electronic scale mechanical scale mechanical and electrical combined scale
- 2. By function: counting scale, price scale, weight scale, Bluetooth scale
- 3. According to purpose: industrial scale, commercial scale, special scale
- 4. Classified by placement:
- Desktop scale refers to electronic scales with full weighing below 30Kg
- Electronic balance and its classification
- People call an electronic balance a balance that balances the weight of an object with electromagnetic force. Its characteristics are accurate and reliable weighing, fast and clear display and
Introduction to electronic scales
- What is a loader electronic scale? A loader electronic scale is a loader weighing device that is integrated with the mechanical control part of the loader to achieve weighing while the loader is traveling. It uses a proximity switch to monitor a predetermined weighing position and converts hydraulic pressure into the weight of the load in the bucket to achieve weighing. It has two different working modes: target mode and accumulation mode. According to the operator's choice, the load can be automatically accumulated or subtracted from the target set value.
Electronic scale management requirements
- The unit of measurement used by the loader electronic scale should be grams (g), kilograms (kg) and tons (t). The accuracy level of the loader's electronic scale should meet the requirements of the Y (b) scale according to the manufacturer's statement. The nameplate, faceplate or meter head of the loader's electronic scale should be clearly marked with the measurement legal mark and the measurement instrument mark, and its mark, number and description must be clearly legible, firm and reliable. The loader electronic scale does not allow users to adjust it by themselves.
Electronic scale principle structure characteristics
- The loader electronic scale is based on the two pressure sensors installed on the loading and returning oil cylinders of the loading boom cylinder to measure the pressure change of the cylinder during the loading of the loading boom, and adjust the speed. The central processor automatically calculates the weight data, and displays the obtained weight on the instrument screen.
- During the loading process of the loader locomotive, the pressure sensor transmits signals to the computer for data conversion processing. When the locomotive shoves the load, the boom is immediately retracted to the starting position, and the loader electronic scale immediately displays the weight of the load; , The screen displays the cumulative weight; when the dumper drops to the starting point, the screen displays the total cumulative weight of the cargo.
