The speed change structure of the tower wheel is simple and it has a constant power output, which is more in line with the actual needs of wood processing. The power of the main motor is generally 4-9kw. In order to make speed adjustment easy, a special V-belt is used to ensure that a single belt can meet the required power transmission. The rotation speed of the main saw blade is generally 3000 to 6000 r / min, and the distance between the main saw blade and the scribe saw blade is generally about 100 mm.
- Another main structural feature of the table saw is that the scribe saw blade and the main saw blade can not be moved, and the mobile workbench made of aluminum profiles carrying the processed plates is moved back and forth by hand to realize the sawing process.
