What is a quick disconnection?

Fast disconnection, as used in production, provides means to quickly disconnect the line without losing hydraulic fluid or entering the air into the system. The rapid disconnection system is important for a number of reasons, but not least, the ability to disconnect quickly can save time, money and in some cases lives.

Quick disconnection consists of a two -hal -up assembly, which are held together by a trade union nut. Each half contains a valve that is open when the binding is connected. When the clutch is open, it allows to flow through the liquid in both directions. When disconnected, the spring closes the valve in each half, preventing the loss of fluid and entering the air. This happens quickly and closes the system almost immediately - the name Quick Disconnect .

Fast couplings disconnects are marked as a connecting device designed to allow easy and immediate connection and separation of air or fluid FNEBO pneumatic or hydraulic lines without afterTool consumption. When one has to stop and catch the tool to disconnect, it takes time and workforce. When installing in a liquid system, a quick disconnection saves time by eliminating the need for bleeding, charging or cleaning air due to the delay in the disconnection process.

Union matrix has a quick fiber guide that allows connection or disconnect quickly by turning the nut, which is the fastest and easiest way to turn it off. Quick disconnection is always run by hand rather than a machine. This makes it more reliable, because something unplanned could happen in the machine programming. Most manufacturers prefer practical disconnection.

The distance must be turned the matrix changes with different styles of rapid disconnection. While a person may require a quarter of the Union matrix, another may require a complete move. Some quick clutches disconnects the key tightening while itThey are connected and disconnected manually. Again, most companies prefer those who are manually dominated than the key.

Some installations require that the interconnection of rapid disconnection is safe to be tied to the safety wire. These are security measures, but there are some links that do not require any form of safe binding. There are many individual differences, so each type of rapid disconnection should be installed according to the appropriate instructions.
