What is the crusher?

Roll Crusher is a piece of severe equipment used in mining and industrial processes. It has a few large wheels or rollers mounted on a horizontal axis. When rocks, ore and other materials pass between the two rollers, they are crushed or crushed into smaller pieces. Roll crushing can be used in a wide range of applications, including concrete recycling, coal mining and mineral production. Hopper or baskets above the rollers fall rocks and other materials down into the gap between the rollers. Two cylinders rotate in opposite directions to force all materials into the space between two units as they fall. The friction between the two wheels crushes the material, which then falls into the basket under the unit. Users must set the space between the cylinders to match the required size of crushed particles.

The coin surface of the role may be smooth or textured, depending on the applications. Cylinder crushers used to crush rocks and other heavy materials generally contain teeth or spikes along the surface of each cylinder. Smooth tThe booth is used to crush finer materials, including minerals and some metals.

If a double cylinder crusher does not create sufficiently fine material, a four -way crusher may be required. In this type of machine, the chopped material passes through the first two cylinders to the second set of cylinders placed under the first. The second set of cylinders will again crush the material to achieve a finer finished product.

These machines have a relatively simple design and thanks to its simplicity cost little. They also produce consistent materials to make the rest of the production process more uniform. Roll crushers offer cost -effective processing solutions for relatively small amounts of materials and may not be the best choice for extensive production. Some harsh or abrasive objects may damage the surface of the cylinders, resulting in frequent substitutes.

When selecting the role crusher, the buyer must first consider the total capacity of JEdnotky. It is also important to consider the hardness or abrasivity of the materials that will be processed as well as their size. Heavy machines are required to accommodate hard materials, while more basic models may be sufficient for softer or smaller objects. The buyer must also find a unit that can process the materials up to the desired size, because not all roll crushers can crush the materials into very small sizes.
