What is a roller board?
Roller Plate is a machine used to work with light steel products. The board is used to bend flexible pieces of steel into various shapes, including cone and rounded shapes. Metal types or steel used with cylindrical boards include carbon steels of containers, stainless steel and low alloy steel.
cylindrical machines heat the metal to an ideal temperature to make it flexible. This allows the operator to bend and shape a piece of metal. It is able to do it using cylinders in one direction without having to put the metal back with the machine to complete the task. On these machines, the upper cylinder can move in both vertical and horizontal directions, allowing the top plate to remain in an asymmetric position compared to the lower two cylindrical plates. The engine of the three rollers was powered by two lower plates, while the metal machine is powered. As a result, the machine of three cylindrical boards is easy to control and a popular choice if necessary to bend metal or metal metal intocertain rounded or cylindrical shapes.
If the three -cylinder operator on three cylindrical boards is not extremely qualified and experienced, it may be difficult to create tubular pieces of metal on this type of machine, which are more than three times the diameter of the upper plate. The smallest tube that can be created using three roller machines is usually the smallest tube that measures 1.5 times the diameter of the first cylindrical plate. Even with some experienced operators, it will determine other conditions it will be able to produce. These factors include metal thickness, metal width and tensile strength or metal point.
Another type of cylindrical machine is a machine that uses four three cylinders. They differ in many ways from three machines to boards. One of these differences is in complete size. The three board machines are much smaller than the four -plate bending machine.
The four roller machine consists of several parts. Part of the ZHThey rip the upper roll, lower roll, side cylinders, main drive, tilting device, right and left support structures and seat. The metal is inserted into the machine along the three lower rollers and the upper roller plate sits horizontally against the metal sheet metal.
When the metal is fed into the machine, the upper plate firmly pressing a piece of metal between the bottom plates. The top plate is then driven by hydraulics when it slowly moves along the lower cylindrical plates. When the top plate moves over the lower plates, the lower cylindrical boards move up to the vertical position, causing the bending of the metal.
