- 1. Before using the star-shaped unloader, check the quantity and type of lubricant in the reducer, change the new oil after one month of operation, and change the oil once a year thereafter.
2. Connect the air source interface and check whether the interface is blocked by foreign objects. Make sure the interface is clean and unobstructed.
3. Before using the star-shaped unloader, make sure that the rotation direction of the rotor is clockwise (looking from the shaft end of the reducer, it is consistent with the arrow on the sprocket cover);
4. Before using the star unloader, open the sprocket cover to check the tension of the chain, and it should be checked regularly during the operation; at the same time, apply appropriate grease to the chain and sprocket;
5. During the entire use of the unloader, it is advisable to adjust the pressure reducing valve so that the pressure at the seal is greater than the pressure of the material in the valve body by 0.05 MPa. The gas is oil-free, dry compressed air;
6. During the entire use of the star discharger, the air source at the seal always exists. Only after you are sure that the valve is out of service, you can close the air source;
- 1. During the transportation and installation of the star-shaped unloader, it should be kept stable, avoid collision, and even cause the shell to deform and deform.
2. The reducer has been filled with Lubricant No. 0, and the unloading valve has been filled with lithium-based grease before leaving the factory. Within 6-10 months after being put into use, the transmission and bearing components should be supplemented or replaced with grease. If the ambient temperature is high, humidity or excessive dust in the air, the oil change time should be shortened appropriately.
3. During use, if the equipment leaks air and ash in the axial direction, the material cover can be firmly pressed.
4. During the operation, avoid overloading the equipment caused by large material particles and strong bonding force, or equipment jamming or short circuit caused by equipment foreign bodies in the dust collector, which cause equipment or damage. It is recommended that users check and install in time. Overload protection device.
5. This machine is suitable for continuous working system, allowing forward and reverse operation.
