What is a safety jack?

The safety jack is a tool of industrial force that has been introduced into the roof and rebuilding industry. The roofers had to carry roof materials that are almost always heavy, ladders with added weight resting on their shoulders. Since its invention, the safety jack eliminated excessive back tension and provided a more efficient way of lifting materials to the roof.

A safety jack is the ladder application. This means that it works on almost any aluminum ladder design that is evaluated for weight raised. When the safety jack is applied to the ladder, the roof materials can be loaded on it and basically raise each ladder position using the connector handle. When the operator pushes down the jack handle, the safety jack moves up to the next ladder until the desired height is reached.

Materials used to make safety jacks are usually lightweight aluminum, rubber sleeves and steel bearings that allow smooth ZD operationVirací tool. The board that acts as a "table" for materials is made of welded aluminum. It is supported by the weight that has been designed to lift.

There are different safety jacks capable of having different weights on them. Choosing the right for the intended use of the operator should be made carefully. Overloading the safety jack could lead to a unit failure, which can lead to the jack itself cannot secure and fall on the ladder.

Many companies that produce safety jacks also offer accessories and graduation upgrades in their systems. Examples of such accessories include wider pelvic surfaces that allow an increase in larger amounts of material, and modified tanks that can be connected to the original tank to raise smaller pieces or All ALL tools at once. This is useful for lifting nail weapons driven nails and nail coils. Some of the taKé also offers slightly magnetized trays to prevent free roofing materials from lowering or lifting, possibly at the bottom of the operator.

Another feature that some companies designed in safety jacks is the engine. The engine performs an act of lifting the tray on the ladder without having to raise the partition. These units have an arm attached to them and as soon as it is engaged, the engine moves to the driving device and drives the tray up the ladder until the operator falls under the brake.
